L’appel du POI en faveur de la paix arracherait des larmes à un sac en crocodile. Il est bien qu’il enjoigne les troupes de Poutine à quitter l’Ukraine. Il devrait parvenir plus rapidement à obtenir une autre demande, celle du départ des troupes de l’OTAN du territoire ukrainien, vu qu’il n’y en a pas. On peut légèrement regretter qu’il n’y ait aucune allusion au combat du peuple ukrainien, à son droit de disposer de lui-même ; mais les peuples ne constituent-ils pas un obstacle constant et à la fin un peu agaçant au droit imprescriptible du POI à disposer d’eux ? À noter que cet appel réitère la demande aux peuples européens de se battre pour le désarmement. Quel dommage que les peuples de la Fédération de Russie ne soient pas convoqués dans un tel combat : leur caractère non-européen serait-il un obstacle ?
